Good, but it's not 3mm but 2mm thick, see photo.
Otherwise, the length and width are perfect.
It will do the job, but for sports sessions I recommend buying another product.

The mat is just amazing! Much cheaper than in other stores, and the quality is top-notch! It folds conveniently into a square, is soft on its own, and makes doing yoga comfortable. Thank you!

The product is very good, it just came folded; I thought it would come rolled up 😅

Perfect. I bought two!

The package arrived on time. Well sealed as shown in the photo. The quality is good, feels nice on the body. I decided to try to leave a mark if dust or dirt gets on the mat, and what will happen after I wipe it with a clean cloth (no marks are visible), the mat is clean. (You will see it in the photo)
I recommend it!!! !

Very good

Didn't open yet. But so far so good

I wanted something as thick as possible for a reasonable price. Satisfied. On home yoga mats, I usually feel the floor pressing against my spine, but with this mat I hardly feel it at all + it can be folded in half (already done) and thus its thickness becomes 12mm instead of 6mm, so I recommend it. The size is excellent, it folds up quite compactly. The only thing missing is an elastic band to tie it together, but that can be easily done by yourself if you want.

Very good product, it looks of good quality, now it just needs to be tested 👍 thank you for everything 💜

Excellent!
