The fork came bent, it's useless. The bottle seems of quality but it is very small.

It is exactly as described.
It came stuffed in the box that you see in the photos but didn't have any more protection than that.
It is completely made of plastic but it doesn't seem like it will break easily.
It does not leak, although I recommend that before first use you tighten the rubber of each lid a bit in case they are slightly loose.
